GRAND SEIKO

It was the determination to excel that brought about the birth of Grand Seiko in 1960. During its development and ever since, the idea that drove the designers and engineers was that Grand Seiko should be the ‘ideal’ watch with standards of precision, durability and beauty that would lead the world.

SINN

The name Sinn Spezialuhren stands for highly functional mechanical watches. Our pilot watches, diving watches, chronographs and Mission Timer (Einsatzzeitmesser / EZM) are designed to impress not only pilots, divers, and the German federal police special force GSG 9 (Grenzschutzgruppe 9). SINN watches continuously prove their toughness, durability, high quality and precision in both everyday and extreme situations. These characteristics are due in no small part to the incorporation of our special technologies including DIAPAL, Ar‑Dehumidifying Technology, HYDRO and TEGIMENT. When Sinn Spezialuhren develops a new watch, its form is always dictated by the required function.

UNIVERSAL GENEVE

Numa Emile Descombes and Ulysse Georges Perret created Universal Genève in 1894 in Le Locole (Neuchâtel, Switzerland). From the 1930s to 1960s, the company renamed Universal Watch Co. Ltd. enjoyed impressive expansion under the leadership of the founder’s son, Raoul Perret. Watches carrying the “Universal Genève” signature were distinguished by their elegance and their technical sophistication. A style was born and eloquently expressed through a succession of legendary models: Compax, Aero-Compax and Tri-Compax (1930-40), followed by Polerouter (1954) and Microtor UG 66 (1966).Nicknamed the couturier of watchmaking in the 1940s, Universal Genève has always been renowned for the elegance of its style and the technical excellence of its timepieces. Faithful to this tradition, the Microtor UG 101 enriched this legacy and confirmed the brand renewal in 2008.The company strives to achieve customer satisfaction by providing a competitive and increasing range of market oriented products.

JUNGHANS

Junghans watches have a long history and a great tradition, in which watchmaking and art harmonise wonderfully on the wrist. The expertise and years of experience of our designers have succeeded in giving time its own face - and many people the feeling of always being impeccably turned out with a Junghans watch. Our watches are consciously understated, preferring to underscore the personality and attitude of the wearer. Because true style is never loud, it deliberately favours the more restrained approach. It is from this philosophy that many of our classic watches have arisen. Maybe this is also why a Junghans watch is one of the most stylish compliments you can pay yourself - and your wrist.

CYMA

Fusing timeless elegance with contemporary flair, Cyma timepieces are the descendants of a long tradition of watchmaking that stretches back one-and-a-half centuries. The name Cyma has its roots in the French word “cime”, meaning “summit”, which, in turn, is derived from the Latin word “cyma”, meaning “a shoot”. It is a name that reflects not only the company’s constant striving for perfection but also the inextricable link with its birthplace in the Jura Mountains of Switzerland.

ORIS

Oris was founded in 1904 in Hölstein, a village nestled in the Waldenburg Valley in the north-west of Switzerland. Today, the company is based on the same site where it was founded over a century ago, and is proud to be not only Swiss, but also made in Hölstein.

BALL watch

Since 1891, BALL Watch Company has been producing timepieces that comply with the most stringent criteria for precision, quality and reliability. Our journey, including our revolutionary innovations, arose from devastating train wreckage in Kipton, Ohio, USA, at the end of the 19th century. Every BALL timepiece runs on the spirit of the American railroads while incorporating today’s premier technology and finest Swiss craftsmanship – all to ensure accuracy under adverse conditions around the world.

BREMONT

Time began for Bremont in 2002, when we embarked on a journey to make beautifully crafted pilot’s watches of exceptional quality. Inspired by a love of flying historic aircraft, of watches and all things mechanical, our timepieces had to be tested beyond the normal call of duty. The business has made a considerable investment into its in-house manufacturing over the years and in 2021 moved into its state-of-the-art “Manufacturing & Technology Centre”. All watches in our core range are either COSC or ISO chronometer rated and all our watches are built with considerable care here in the UK. Our watches are immensely precise, reliable and durable, Bremont watches are hand built in limited numbers.

HANHART

When in 1882 a small watch shop was opened in the Swiss town of Diessenhofen, one wasn’t yet to know that the name Hanhart would later stand for Europe’s largest producer and the market leader in the mechanical stopwatch sector, playing a leading role in the German clock industry.Apart from a brief period after the Second World War, Hanhart boasts an uninterrupted manufacturing tradition up to the present day. The company’s breakthrough came in 1924, when Willy Hanhart, the sports-loving son of the founder, launched the first affordable mechanical stopwatch. In 1938 then came its second great era: Hanhart became a pioneer in the production of pilot’s chronographs and with its Calibre 40 paved the way for the development of these nowadays extremely coveted collector’s items. From the 1950s onwards, Hanhart increasingly focussed on manufacturing mechanical stopwatches and consequently attained global reach through their use in sporting time measurement. Hanhart stopwatches became indispensable at important car races and sporting events, as well as for general school requirements.

MÜHLE-GLASHÜTTE

Nautische Instrumente Mühle-Glashütte is now the only watch manufacturer in the German town of Glashütte that is still owned by a long-established local family. Our family has been based in the Glashütte region for more than 700 years and has been working in the town’s watchmaking industry over a total of now fifth generations without interruption.

TUTIMA GLASHÜTTE

More than ninety years of watchmaking tradition and honoured as “Manufacture of the Year 2018”: the eventful history of the German brand Tutima Glashütte began in 1927 in Glashütte, Saxony, the world-famous stronghold of the art of watchmaking, where the Fliegerchronograph first took off on its flight to fame in 1941. As the first wristwatch with a flyback function, its superior technology and workmanship made it a legend. Another historical milestone in German engineering followed in 1984 with the Tutima NATO Chronograph, which is still the official operational watch of Bundeswehr pilots today. After Germany’s reunification, the family business was able to return to its roots in Glashütte in 2008. Masterpieces such as the Hommage minute repeater and the Tempostopp flyback chronograph, both of which were developed entirely in-house, were created in the new manufactory at the brand’s founding location. A total of four model lines currently bear witness to Tutima’s claim to horological perfection: the professional M2, the iconic Grand Flieger, the striking Saxon One and the classic Patria. Together they comprise a dynamic generation of technical-sporty watches, developed strictly according to the code of the protected designation of origin “made in Glashütte”.
