To ensure efficient handling and processing, we are transitioning all repair and service requests to be managed exclusively through City Chain outlets.

    How to Submit a Repair or Service Request:

    1. Visit any City Chain outlet with your item in need of service.
    2. Provide the staff with detailed information about the issue and your contact details.
    3. Your request will be processed, and you will be updated on the progress accordingly.
